Used to be a god, king of kings

About the eight planets and our Sun

Have you ever thought why camels are described with an uninterested attitude? Well, don’t we all get a bit bothered about silly things when we are in the blazing hot sun? Camels have feelings as well, you know. Because of the sun, they are probably the most inactive creatures on Earth [except snails, sloths and slugs].

You know what people say, ‘ Don’t judge a book by its cover.’ Well, don’t judge a camel by its attitude! It doesn’t help that they are mammals and that means they have to cope with having a dense layer of fur/hair, which means that they must sweat a lot. After humans, camels should be considered the best mammal species on planet Earth.

So now I’m going to let you into their secret. Despite being lethargic, camels dig their holes in the evening and night time where its nice and cold and no one can see them. They have created 346 holes which formed their base. The camels have realised that there are hundreds of oasis’ underground. They have enough food and water so they are sharing with the cactus’ .

Chloe, Cameron, Crystal and Charlie are the most intelligent camels in existence. Charlie and Cameron are spectacular at digging, which is baffling for a wide variety of people and creatures. Chloe and Crystal are amazing at architecture, which is basically planning where necessary things are.

Hi there. I am Mila Jankovic, I have taken over Jenna for a while. I am a famous explorer and I have been studying camels for years. From my observations, I have discovered and informed the world that camels use strange noises to communicate and socialise with each other. I am very impressed with how the camels have thought this through and managed to build an underground base without any human help. Me and Jenna Dehne have decided to campaign to make it illegal to disturb these camels’ peace or destroy their habitat. Every time the human being noise into a habitat it interrupts the living things, look at what is happening in the Amazon.

We have decided to try and communicate to four camels in the desert and surprisingly the camels could speak English, Spanish, German, French and Latin! This is a miracle and I think that we should celebrate these extraordinary creatures.

Those camels were a perfect example of camels that look dull and lazy but actually are amazing and admirable. These camels have constructed camel homes, cactus homes and even Scorpion and Spider homes. This is the reason why we adore them. If we learn from the way Camels built their home with no need to use fossil fuel to make them cooler, and we made 50% 0f the worlds houses and flats carbon neutral, believe you me, there will be no climate change. I know it sounds bizarre but if you don’t believe me you can check on the news or TV. The four camels, Myself and Jenna are speaking today at the United Nations.

I said, “We made an amazing discovery, let me introduce my four camel friends Chloe, Cameron, Crystal and Charlie.”

Chloe stated: “ I am very worried about climate change because even if we live underground, we will eventually run out of food and water. This is a terrible thing so myself and the camels decided to construct and build a carbon neutral underground house.”

Cameron continued with Chloe’s information: “I feel like the human beings are destroying Earth. With global warming happening, the deserts are getting hotter than ever. And sometimes, the warmth comes into our underground base and we have to dig deeper to be cooler.”

Crystal stated, “ I came up with this entire thing, so I announced it and since all the camels are worried about the Earth’s future, they thought it was a great idea.”

Charlie continued, “ So me and Cameron and other camels dug deep underground and Chloe, Crystal and the remaining 50 camels did all the architecture. We soon discovered that Crystal’s idea was the best yet since the deep hole kind of protects us from the blazing sun.

Jenna said, “Mila, I think the camels have influenced me to live in a carbon neutral house, and not a one that fossil fuels are used for electricity. I might even join these camels.”

“ You’re right,” I agreed. “ I am going to consider moving out of my house and building a carbon neutral house so I can be a part of saving the world.”

Joe the monster felt depressed. All the other monsters bullied him, they called him names, they physically hurt him, and prejudged poor Joe just because he was the youngest, the weakest and the littlest in the entire Planet Soca.

Joe was determined that one day he could show the other monsters that he too, could be tough, brave, and strong like everybody else. There was a slight problem with that. Joe could barely punch, he screamed whenever he saw a shadow, and Joe was helpless at martial arts. Joe loathed martial arts anyway.

The very little people who supported Joe or spoke amiably to him were his parents, of course, and Joe’s grandparents who lived far away so they could only support him on the telephone or when they were around, which was very unlikely. The other person who wasn’t related to Joe and was kind to him, was Suzy; a very close friend.

Suzy was the second smallest monster in Soca but she didn’t seem to care about joining the people who ganged up against Joe. As soon as Suzy became Joe’s best and only friend, the gang started to bully her too.

One day, a human from the Planet Earth came to Soca. The human looked to see if there was any living creature. All the monsters hid away from the man. The tallest and strongest monster of the gang that bullied Joe emerged from his hiding spot. His girlfriend begged him not to do anything dangerous. But he ignored her and remarked bravely, “ I will go and tell this horrible thing to shoo off my planet.’’

“ B-b-b-but that object that seems to be conscious could be armed. Stay here, you’ll be safe.” said the monster’s girlfriend, but he was gone.

The monster, who was known as Matthias, exited his hiding spot to find the human staring at him. The human’s eyes opened wide. He squealed with glee, “ A living alien, hooray! I have been searching for 3 hours and finally!” The human grabbed his net. “ Time to take you to Earth, you need to be studied!”

“For starters, I am not an alien. Go to the planet Pluto if you want one. Secondly, you will never ever take me to this stupid Earth.” Matthias growled angrily. But the human just gave him a triumphant grin and threw Matthias into the net.

Joe and Suzy could almost feel sorry for Matthias. But when they heard the human say that if there were any more monsters, he was going to get them and there was a reason to freak out.

“ How can two humble monsters like us get rid of a big thing?” Joe wailed. He thought for a moment. A smile lit up his tear-stained face. “We can catapult him to Earth!”

“ Joe, don’t be bizarre. How can we do that?” Suzy pointed out. But her friend replied, “ In my rucksack of emergencies, there is the wooden part of a catapult. We can shape a leather bit using this piece of leather.”

Suzy agreed. As soon as the catapult was ready, Suzy asked, “ How are we going to get him to Earth? The thing can put us in the net too.” Joe replied calmly, “ Wait and see.”

Joe and Suzy exited the hiding spot and to their luck, the human was drinking coffee and was too busy to realise Suzy and Joe were there. “Wow, Joe, that was a great plan. What now?” Suzy questioned.

Joe and Suzy loaded their giant catapult and stabilised it with a rope. Suzy went to the human saying, “ Would you like to study a lady monster? Come and get me.”

The man followed Suzy, she ran past the catapult, as soon as he was in front of the leather pit, Joe cut the rope, the giant catapult sprang and whoosh. He was gone.

The monsters rejoiced. Joe’s parents were proud of their brave son, but the best bit was that Joe was never bullied again.

Molly was excited; she had put on her gorgeous red dress and her sparkly red JOJO bow collecting her long brown hair.” Funny how Lucy knew nothing about different types of bows,” she said to herself. “Today I shall see Lucy at the mall; I am so excited now I can meet my best friend.” Molly was a clever 10 years old girl, she was helpful and kind, yet she was lonely. She had moved to a new school and was eager to make new friends. Her parents had very busy jobs, working for long hours. Molly spent a long time answering math questions on her phone. It is there where she met Lucy. Molly and Lucy spent a long time competing on Sumdog. They mostly played the roller-coaster 3D game, when you answer your math question quickly, your roller-coaster becomes faster. Setting off a bit early means she can walk slowly to the mall and not get tired. She could hardly wait to see Lucy. Lucy was now Molly’s only friend, she was very different from, she told her lots of stories about her adventures and she wanted to be part of that. “How can Lucy know everything and not know about Tracy Beaker?” thought Molly. There are plans for the whole day, we will eat a cupcake, and we can go to the nail varnish shop to get our nails decorated. I will show her my sequin covered diary. How can she not know about sequin covered diaries? All the girls at school had one or wanted one, yet Lucy was not interested. In her head Molly started to move the sequins on her diary cover, you move your hand up, small different coloured stars will sparkle, and you move your hand down a rainbow topped with a big yellow star will appear. Her heart raced when she arrived at the meeting place, finally, she will have a real friend, so many things to do and so many games to play. “Are you here to meet Lucy?” asked a man, who was standing behind her. She turned her head to find a bald man with yellow teeth. She was traumatized. She froze in the spot. “I can take you to her because she is my daughter.” Molly was frozen but not scared, suddenly her mum and two policemen appeared. You see Molly had her doubts. After all, she had already had suspicions; the sequins were a deal breaker for her. “You are under arrest for attempting to kidnap a girl,” said the first policeman. Meanwhile, the second put chains on his hands. Molly ran to her mother and hugged her tightly. “I will be your friend for today. We will have the cupcakes, and we will go to the nail salon,” said her relieved mother.
